Bird 1.0.22 and FreeBSD

Hello,

I am trying to make run Bird on FreeBSD (1.0.11 was running on it, with 
the port that has being done), but it seems that tcp md5 features are 
not really supported as the same way it is on Linux.

Until I figure how to adapt that on it, is there any good way to 
desactivate it during compilation?
