BGP log for neighbor up/down

Hi,

Where can I see the neighbor up/down log?

I have set the log files to "/var/log/bird.log" but I can only see:
03-02-2010 11:03:04 <INFO> Reconfigured

Is the syslog save in some other place for the neighbor up/down log?
