OSPF LSA id collision

Hi.

I have lots of messages in one of my bird's logfile:

Dec 10 18:20:50 wizard bird: ospfv4: LSA ID collision for 172.16.1.194/31

They are about different LSA id.
What do they mean exactly ? Does it mean some of my routers have
identical networks configured ?
