Bird 1.6 support for CentOS 8

Hello,

 

I would like to ask you about BIRD 1.6 and support of that version on Centos 8 / Debian 10. 

Is there some notice in the “news” section? 

Does it going to be supported or there is some plans to drop the support for BIRD 1.6 in Centos 8?
