Proper way to start Bird

Hi Fabiano,
you need to specify the correct path your the control socket via `birdc
-s <path>`. You apparently built your bird with PREFIX=/usr/local but
the control socket is not there. Have you checked whether it is at
`/run/bird.ctl` instead?
