BIRD tutorial at RIPE (was: Re: BIRD presence on meetings until end of 2023)

Hello!

The RIPE tutorials are typically recorded, yes. We won't hand out the 
słydes in advance (lots of last-minute changes expected) but i assume 
that these will be available for download on the website afterwards, 
together with the recording.
