Multiple ebgp neighbours to the same peer

Hi,

For example if you want to establish several sessions over different
pathes. Also my use-case is to export routes to a BGP monitoring
system, that have fixed remote IP, but I want to send "views" from my
several upstreams, each over a separate session.
