I wrote up the IPng Networks routing policy (including the iBGP and eBGP 
filtering) which addresses several gotchas in the DFZ:

Of course, peering policy is a matter of 'taste' and what works for 
AS8298 may not work for everybody. But at least a few things like bogon 
filtering, RPKI, and BGP communities are useful concepts to read up on.
