Thanks for your report! We have, as you are reporting below, already
fixed it, and thank you for checking that it's resolved.

This is probably that unfunny half-regression revealed by fixing the
BGP route refresh code. When route refresh was broken, the bug was
hidden, and manifested because route refresh suddenly became available.
We failed to catch the regression by autotests.

With crashes, the most useful output is actually the coredump or at
least a backtrace to study. Logs typically don't tell much.
