Yes indeed, this is the right place!

We've been watching this draft for a while. Is there any volunteer to
contribute this? It's a pretty well mergable thing with minimal collision
between BIRD 2 and 3.

We'll queue this anyway, it's a useful thing. If anybody wants this to
skip the queue, contact bird-partner at nic.cz please.
