Hello interval mismatch with respect to ospf instance, the<br>
neighbor ship is not going down, as we are setting hello received for<br>
ospf neighbor SM during LSA update processing. We get into this<br>
situation while ospf instance continuously receives LS updates and<br>
there is a hello interval modified on the peer neighbor side. Attached<br>
