<p>Yes indeed, this is the right place!</p>
<p>We’ve been watching this draft for a while. Is there any volunteer to
contribute this? It’s a pretty well mergable thing with minimal
collision between BIRD 2 and 3.</p>
<p>We’ll queue this anyway, it’s a useful thing. If anybody wants this
