After a hard work all day, I install again BIRD and seems to work very well. Thank you for the advices Anton Danilov, I can't say why didn't work. But, I can share my previous installation and the current installation, I don't know either is wrong there somethig or not. I want to make BGP bettwen two peers. I have made this configuration and I don't know what is wrong. Command show route, shows nothing. How can I check If it works? Do you have some remarks on the configuration files? What do I need to do? Please, any remark is welcomed.

Two virtual machines RS and IXP1. I have install BIRD 1.6.3 on a Ubuntu 16.04 LTS on a VM Oracle Box and I want to accomplish BGP connection.
