Hi Bird experts, First of all I would thank you for supporting me in installation of BIRD in linux. Now I am trying to acess bgp configuration and its verification after enable in bgp in "bird.conf". I am getting syntax error as attached. Please guide me what to do in order to get the acess of BGP in BIRD. Thanks On 16 December 2017 at 23:10, Pardeep Sharma <pardeep.sharma868@gmail.com> wrote:

Hi Moyaze,
Thanks for your best support here...
Can u please guide us how to get BGP access in BIRD via HTTPs. I have just installed BIRD in Linux machine because rightnow I am able to see only bird.conf in /etc/bird.conf ini linux OS. Is there a way to access BIRD as similar to quagga server or normal router ?
To get access to the CLI do
sudo birdc
from there you can enter commands.
This looking-glass may help in getting some kind of web access.

Hi All, We are purposing L3 IXP design to one of our customer as below, where all ISP routers will have one eBGP peering with Quagga/Bird Route-Server. As we are new in IXPs design so would like to take your suggestions if you have and we have some queries below. Please respond, It would be helpful for us and your help will be appreciated. Queries; 1. Do we need to run separate quagga/bird instance for each ISP peering or only single instance would work? 2. Where we will perform the route filtering on Route-Server only? 3. Does Quagga/Bird route-server support Outbond route-filtering? Please share with us any link. 4. How we will link-up route-server with IXP Manager? I got a lot of help from you folks and I am very thankful for that. Please support us here. Thanks.. Design>>>>>> If you have any queries, please let us know.
