Hello
A few weeks ago I had presentation about BIRD at Netnod meeting. I asked very similar question and surprisingly a lot of people requested IS-IS. Is here somebody also interested in this protocol?
Our organization doesn't use IGP now. But we plan to use it in the near future and we prefer IS-IS over OSPF as IGP for it simplicity and scalability features.
OK. I raised the issue also on EIX WG at RIPE meeting and I also got some request for IS-IS. Ondrej

I received just one private request for IS-IS (compared to frequent questions on meetings). Probably this is some effect of sample selection - people who already need IS-IS do not consider BIRD and therefore aren't on BIRD mailing list. -- Elen sila lumenn' omentielvo Ondrej 'SanTiago' Zajicek (email: santiago@crfreenet.org) OpenPGP encrypted e-mails preferred (KeyID 0x11DEADC3, wwwkeys.pgp.net) "To err is human -- to blame it on a computer is even more so."
