Re: Bird website documentation seems to be outdated
Hello Martin, Thank you very much for the PDF. Indeed I forgot to check the bird-doc package. A long time ago I installed it from .deb, but since it seemed to be mirrored in the website, I grew accustomed to using the site for reference. The PDF you generated from source will definitely come in handy. Best regards, Israel G. Lugo On 03/28/2016 07:34 PM, Martin Kraus wrote:

Hello,
I just found out about the "merge external" feature by seeing its commit log:
https://gitlab.labs.nic.cz/labs/bird/commit/145368f5474436ad7c48fa26f5bde810...
Unfortunately, this is not documented in the website: http://bird.network.cz/?get_doc&f=bird-6.html#ss6.6
It would seem the website is outdated to the documentation. It would be nice if you could please fix that.
There is a package with documentation for bird 1.5.0
ftp://bird.network.cz/pub/bird/bird-doc-1.5.0.tar.gz
it is in postscript, attached is a pdf generated from it. I don't know why the website is outdated. regards mk
