Hello list! It is more or less useful to see 'BIRD X.X.X ready.' after cli starts. However, birdc is sometimes used in non-interactive way (like 'birdc configure' or 'birdc show route table XXXX for YYY'). Getting such string (in STDOUT, as other data) with command output is inconvenient. This behavior can be fixed with very trivial patch. Can someone consider getting it added to the tree?

Yes, this is a good idea. But as everybody who already uses birdc non-interactively probably skips the first line, i would merge it with the next major release. -- Elen sila lumenn' omentielvo Ondrej 'SanTiago' Zajicek (email: santiago@crfreenet.org) OpenPGP encrypted e-mails preferred (KeyID 0x11DEADC3, wwwkeys.pgp.net) "To err is human -- to blame it on a computer is even more so."
