[PATCH] bug freeing dbdes on iface MTU change

      Hi.

I have found a bug that fires up using OSPF when I change an interface
MTU (see patch attached).

On freeing the ospf_packet with the old link database description we
must use mb_free, not rfree. 

There's any new fixes on OSPF waiting for bird 1.0.12 :-)
