CentOS Linux 7 is EOL since 2024-06-30, thus nearly for two years. And personally, I highly appreciate that this repository is no longer working (sorry) as it really urges admins to get rid of their legacy systems. https://phoenixnap.com/kb/migrate-centos-to-rocky-linux and others provide steps how to inline upgrade existing CentOS Linux 7 systems, if it helps.
