BIRD current status

Hi, Is BIRD still being developed? Are there are archives of the mailing list somewhere? I'd like to try BIRD, but its OSPF does not support MD5 authentication. As well as MD5 with RIPv2 seems to be not fully working: while BIRD receives and parses MD5 RIPv2 packets from Cisco, Cisco rejects them due to incorrect password. -- Best Regards, Vladimir Systems Engineer (RHCE)
