It show all routes from all tables, although table t_nix is defined on this peer. But, nix1_nix receive only one route, correct route from t_nix table:

It looks like "show" command bug only, which is good, but it is pretty confusing :)
I have a very similar setup, and noticed the same thing a few days ago (also bird 1.3.9), while sharing output of show commands with someone else to explain the use of multiple tables (which resulted in a funny situation "huh? heh?"). show route export shows routes that aren't actually there. It looks like a bug in the show command indeed.
