Currently I use a filter with a static blackhole route:

protocol static {

route 0.0.0.0/0 blackhole;

}

filter senddefault {

if net = 0.0.0.0/0 then accept;

reject;

}

template bgp local_as_ibgp_lowrouter {

export filter senddefault;

}
