Re: Bird 2.0 Install
Hi, I had the same issue on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. I ran the following commands wget http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/i/init-system-helpers/init-system... (http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/i/init-system-helpers/init-system...) dpkg -i init-system-helpers_1.57_all.deb then run apt-get install bird2. This appears to have worked. Thank you very much. As someone who barely knows his way around a unix machine, I very much appreciate this. As a recommendation, I think Bird documentation as well as full install examples should be migrated off the existing website and on to something like readthedocs.io. I'd even be happy to help set it up. Since I am no expert, I'd be the perfect test case with a VM and the install procedures. Sent from my Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Droid Turbo 2.
